The AENA is a nurses association dedicated to the education, advancement and support of emergency department nurses. The AENA supports the mission statements and goals of the Texas Emergency Nurses Association and the ENA. Our meetings are the third Tuesday of each even month. Nurses are not required to be an ENA, TENA or AENA member to attend the meetings. If you would like more information, please use the 'contact page' (http://www.austinena.net/contactaena.htm) on this website to get more information fom any board member.
I know that in these times of economic hardship, every little bit helps.
For those of you that need to renew your ENA membership or to start new, the Austin chapter of the ENA has made arrangements for Chapter 329 members and those wanting to become members to receive a cut rate for a limited time. The standard rate is $96.00. If you now go through the AENA the rate will be $86.00. Even if you have recently joined or renewed and want to take advantage of this price you may do so and the time will attach to the end of your current membership.
If interested please go to the ENA website and print out a membership application and send with your check in the amount of $86.00 made out to Emergency Nurses Association and mail to: Rhonda Manor Coombes

Hello all! Don't you think that it is about time that the Austin ENA has it's own logo? I have created one that I think represents Austin. Let me know what you think. Email me at austinena@hotmail.com with comments and suggestions. Or if you have a logo you would like to share, by all means.
